Strong FP&A competencies: integrated planning, driver-based models, scenario analyses, and forecast processes; ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with FP&A and BI tools (e.g., Pigment/Board; Qlik/Tableau) and Lucanet is a plus; initiative, structured work style, and drive to develop processes and structures.
Very good German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

Translate operational KPI developments into P&L, EBITDA, and cash impacts; prepare executive and board materials with commentary.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes; develop driver-based financial models and integrated cash and working capital planning.
Create transparency on OPEX, payment costs, regional contribution margin analyses, and profitability analyses.
FPA systems, automation, AI, and financial governance: integrate financials in Snowflake/QLik, automate manual processes, develop AI-assisted analysis and commentary workflows, and ensure consistent financial logic in coordination with BI and Accounting.

Als Senior FP&A Controller (w/m/d) bist Du Teil unseres Controlling-Teams und gestaltest aktiv die finanzielle Steuerung von Chrono24. Du sorgst dafür, dass operative Entwicklungen in finanziellen Impact übersetzt werden, entwickelst skalierbare FP&A-Prozesse und unterstützt das Management Board bei datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung. Die Rolle bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, substanzielle Strukturen im FP&A-Bereich weiterzuentwickeln.

Was Dich auszeichnet

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder FP&A, idealerweise in einem digitalen Marktplatz- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
Starke FP&A-Kompetenz: integrierte Planung, Treibermodelle, Szenarioanalysen und Forecastprozesse
Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzzusammenhänge in klare Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen und überzeugend zu kommunizieren
Erfahrung mit FP&A-Tools (Pigment, Board o.Ä.), BI-Tools (Qlik, Tableau o.Ä.) und Lucanet (von Vorteil)
Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
