JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Multimedia & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our content creation and digital marketing efforts. This hybrid role combines video editing, graphic design, website management, and basic SEO support, along with occasional administrative assistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Video Editing & Content Production
Edit and produce high-quality video content, including color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics
Ensure all video outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives
Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines consistently
Graphic Design
Design engaging visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and web use
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
SEO Support
Conduct basic keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
Optimise website content including meta titles, descriptions, and images
Support ongoing content updates to improve search visibility
Administrative Support
Assist with light administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and document preparation as needed
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for content and campaigns
Contribute to improving brand presence and engagement across platforms
Communication & Workflow
Provide regular updates on project progress
Communicate clearly with team members and respond promptly to feedback
Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in video editing, design, web platforms, and SEO
Proactively suggest improvements to workflows and content strategies
Proven experience in a multimedia, digital marketing, or creative role
Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Basic understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimisation
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute ideas
