Position Summary
The Leadership Development Partner is a hands-on, end-to-end practitioner responsible for designing, developing, managing, and facilitating leadership development programs and learning experiences that support the growth of people leaders across the enterprise. This role combines instructional design, content development, project management, and facilitation expertise to deliver high-impact, scalable learning solutions tailored to leadership roles. The Leadership Development Partner will support our enterprise mission to develop the next generation of Arch leaders.
The team is looking to add three remote positions to the team, with one hire based near the North Carolina offices (Greensboro or Raleigh), one hire based near the NYC/Jersey City offices, and one based remote in the EST or CST time zone. Travel (up to 20%) to other Arch offices will be required for facilitation, consultation, and meetings.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
For Jersey City & NYC Metro: $123,400 - $166,634/year
For NC: $95,700 - $129,141/year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
