We’re looking for a driven, organised and customer-obsessed Customer Implementation Partner to lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new Freight customers at Team Global Express.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll own implementation plans, coordinate key stakeholders across the business, remove roadblocks, and get customers trading quickly while delivering a standout onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end customer implementations from onboarding to live trade.

  • Manage timelines, risks, governance and customer expectations.

  • Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Ops, IT, Customer Service + more).

  • Provide clear implementation visibility and regular status updates.

  • Drive hypercare support post go-live to ensure smooth transition.

  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, frameworks and onboarding ways of working.
