Requirements:

  • Manage marketing projects and workflows in Asana; keep tasks, templates, and timelines up to date; attend product and marketing meetings to capture action items and coordinate follow-ups; maintain/improve Asana templates, dashboards, and process documentation; train team on Asana and onboarding processes
  • Lead onboarding for new marketing team members in collaboration with HR/IT; coordinate account setup and access to marketing tools; schedule/facilitate onboarding sessions; maintain onboarding materials; serve as primary contact during first weeks
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to plan and execute campaigns; track deliverables and progress; identify risks or delays; ensure alignment across creative, content, and channel teams
  • Website maintenance and optimization: ongoing updates, page builds, content uploads, data validation; assist with SEO optimization; coordinate with web/analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking; act as backup for Marketing Program Director during absences

Marketing Program Manager

Overview

The Marketing Program Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the marketing organization. This role oversees project management processes, campaign coordination, website maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the marketing team runs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations

  • Manage marketing projects and workflows in Asana, ensuring all tasks, templates, and timelines are up to date.
  • Attend product and marketing team meetings to capture action items, track deliverables, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Maintain and improve Asana templates, reporting dashboards, and process documentation to streamline team operations.
  • Train marketing team members on Asana and other collaboration tools; onboard new employees to marketing systems and workflows.
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing tool access, settings, and integrations (e.g., CRM, CMS, analytics tools).

Team Onboarding & Enablement

  • Lead onboarding for new marketing team members in collaboration with HR, IT, and internal team leads.
  • Coordinate account setup and access to required marketing tools, platforms, and shared resources.
  • Schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions covering marketing workflows, brand standards, and team processes.
  • Maintain and update onboarding materials, including documentation, checklists, and training files.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new team members during their first weeks to ensure a smooth transition.

Campaign Support

  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to support campaign planning and execution.
  • Track campaign deliverables and task progress, proactively identifying risks or delays.
  • Ensure alignment between creative, content, and channel teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule.

Website Management & Maintenance

  • Support ongoing website updates, including page builds, content uploads, and data validation.
  • Assist with SEO optimization by implementing on-page best practices and coordinating with SEO specialists.
  • Partner with web and analytics teams to ensure website data accuracy and performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Backup Support

  • Act as a backup for the Marketing Program Director during absences, managing workflows and priorities as needed.
  • Support internal communications, team alignment, and reporting processes.
  • Manage ad hoc marketing projects and special initiatives as assigned.
