Key Responsibilities

The mission of the Sr. Project Manager is to champion Trafilea’s Operational Framework within the Marketing Department, ensuring seamless execution of projects, programs, and cross-functional initiatives. This role leads multiple projects from planning through launch, aligning business strategy with execution, optimizing workflows, and driving organizational efficiency. The Sr. PM will provide leadership, structure, and best practices across tribes, squads, and divisions to achieve OKRs, enhance communication, and enable scalable growth.

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple marketing initiatives.

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).

  • Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned with PMO methodology.

  • Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress.

  • Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).

  • Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring quality deliverables.

  • Drive actionable communication and ensure high-quality output across projects.
