We’re seeking a driven and experienced sales leader to lead and develop a high-performing team across Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development, and Account Management. You’ll bring a strong track record of exceeding targets, coaching teams, and building lasting customer and partner relationships. With excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, you’ll confidently manage key accounts, drive regional sales strategy, and leverage tools like Salesforce to deliver results. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Sales team across Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management, ensuring the team follows the strategic initiatives and targets set.

  • Coach the team on sales techniques to engage with their customers and partners.

  • Account manage leading accounts at SOTI and work with our partners on a day-to-day basis.

  • Help, grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, adopt technology and increase SOTI’s market share in the EMM space.

  • Present, promote and sell products using solid tactics to prospective customers.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to management.

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products.

  • Attend sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

  • Travel within the sales territories.

  • Design and execute SOTI’s regional sales strategy.

Experience You'll Bring

  • Experience with leading a team and a proven record of sales experience.

  • Proficiency using Salesforce to document and track technology sales.

  • Highly motivated and target driven.

  • Selling, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment.

  • History of over-achieving.
