Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and assess data migration requirements for clients

- Develop and implement data migration plans and strategies

- Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate and efficient migration

- Conduct data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies

- Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes and procedures

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data management and migration

- Strong understanding of data structures and databases

- Experience with data mapping and transformation tools

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
