System Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis and design, as well as experience in implementing and maintaining complex systems. The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing our current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new systems to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Design and implement new systems to streamline operations and increase efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions

- Develop system documentation and training materials for end-users

- Conduct user testing and provide support during system implementation

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend new systems and processes to improve operations

- Train and support end-users on new systems and processes

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and data integrity

- Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures

- Participate in project planning and provide input on system requirements and timelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis and design

- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies

- Experience with system implementation and maintenance

- Knowledge of database management and SQL

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
