You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define product requirements, structure complex problems into actionable epics and user stories, and prioritize the backlog to maximize business impact.
Creating, documenting, and presenting product concepts to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Defining and prioritizing Epics and User Stories, ensuring the team always has a clear and refined backlog.
Defining Definition of Done (DoD) and Acceptance Criteria; preparing high-level Epic designs for further elaboration by Business Analysts.
Reviewing and approving SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) and technical documentation (Manuals, Release Notes) to ensure they meet product standards.
Leading and participating in product research, including CusDev, A/B testing, data analysis, and conceptual validation.
Acting as the primary point of contact for business requirements, managing expectations, and navigating feedback loops.
At least 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles within a software development environment.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the ability to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to release.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to "sell" a vision to both technical teams and business executives.
Strong "can-do" attitude with the ability to take full responsibility for the product's success and team alignment.
Previous experience in iGaming industry.
Experience with player retention tools, loyalty programs, and gamification mechanics specific to the gambling industry.
Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for tracking product metrics and player LTV.
