Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) in enterprise environments, including configuration and process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex incidents, defects, and change requests with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP CPI integrations and troubleshooting for recruiting-related interfaces.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead client workshops and align business processes with solution design.

Requirements:

  • Act as SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) specialist and lead the sustainment, configuration, and evolution of recruiting solutions.
  • Manage complex incidents, defects, and change requests; provide troubleshooting support for SAP CPI integrations.
  • Configure and customize XML templates; work on Requisition Templates, Candidate Profiles, Interview Central, and Offer Management; support Career Site and employer branding initiatives.
  • Lead client meetings and technical workshops, ensuring alignment between business processes and solution design; support governance and continuous improvement of Recruiting processes.

Você atuará como Consultor SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), sendo responsável por sustentar, configurar e evoluir soluções de recrutamento no ambiente SAP SuccessFactors, apoiando incidentes complexos, integrações e melhorias contínuas dos processos de Recruiting.

Qual será a sua missão:

  • Atuar como especialista em SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM);
  • Gerenciar incidentes complexos, defeitos e solicitações de mudança;
  • Configurar e implementar melhorias no SAP SF Recruiting;
  • Apoiar troubleshooting de integrações SAP CPI;
  • Trabalhar com design e otimização de workflows de recrutamento;
  • Atuar com integrações de recrutamento, como background checks e job boards;
  • Configurar e customizar templates XML;
  • Apoiar configuração de Career Site e iniciativas de employer branding;
  • Trabalhar com Requisition Templates, Candidate Profiles, Interview Central e Offer Management;
  • Atuar em análises de performance e consistência de dados;
  • Suportar releases trimestrais do SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Atuar como SME (Subject Matter Expert) para equipe e cliente;
  • Liderar reuniões, workshops e discussões técnicas com clientes;
  • Garantir alinhamento entre processos de negócio e desenho da solução;
  • Apoiar governança e melhoria contínua dos processos de Recruiting;
  • Demais rotinas da área.
