Global Fulfillment Leader

The Global Fulfillment Leader plays a critical role in ensuring end‑to‑end supply assurance across a global product portfolio, protecting customer delivery commitments and revenue outcomes. This role provides senior execution leadership within Supply Chain by driving order prioritization, resolving supply constraints, and advising on delivery risk. The impact of this position is measured by consistent execution against customer schedules, ship plans, and business commitments.

  • Drive resolution of supply, allocation, and distribution constraints through coordination with key internal stakeholders such as Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution teams.
  • Execute within established order promising and allocation frameworks while elevating data‑backed recommendations for prioritization and trade‑off decisions.
  • Deliver executive‑level summaries of supply status, delivery risks, customer impacts, and recovery plans.
  • Perform revenue, risk, and opportunity analysis across firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to inform leadership decisions.
  • Lead root cause analysis of service performance failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Influence cross‑functional execution outcomes through data‑driven insights without direct authority.

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain with application across Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfillment.

  • Development of executive‑ready presentations and written communication using PowerPoint.
  • Execution in fast‑paced, customer‑driven environments requiring management of multiple concurrent issues.
  • Operation with a high degree of autonomy and visibility without direct people management responsibility.

The Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
