Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for driving TSS commercial growth, for the assigned territory and customer portfolio, across the European region for the company’s business aviation trip support services. This role drives revenue builds strategic client relationships to retain and expand market share among P91 operators, flight departments, and P135 charter providers.
The role requires a passion for business aviation trip support operations, including trip planning, ground handling, fuel, permits, and concierge services, along with a strong network across the European aviation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with WFS global objectives
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth and achieve/exceed annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Identify new customer opportunities across Europe.
Identify trends in European customer service requirements to support TSS product evolution in the region.
- Monitor competitive landscape and help adjust selling strategy
- Collaborate with WFS fuel sales and Spire sales as appropriate
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (operators, charter companies, corporate flight departments)
- Create customized sales plan for key accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through agreed Sales customer retention processes.
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with London based TSS operations teams to ensure seamless trip support delivery
- Provide market feedback to product and service development teams
- Support pricing strategy and margin optimization
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Report on sales performance to senior leadership
- Utilize Salesforce to track activities and opportunities
Key Qualifications
Experience
- 3 years + of sales experience in business aviation, trip support, or related aviation services
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the European market
- Strong understanding of trip support services (permits, handling, fuel, flight planning)
- Existing network within operators, brokers, and aviation stakeholders
Skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and markets
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field
