Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales coordination or sales project management, preferably in the tech enterprise market with knowledge of Unified Communications, collaboration tools, and contact center technologies
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate global, regional, and cultural differences; strong relationship-building, negotiation, and diplomatic communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets and deriving pricing/product insights; proficient with MS365 (including PowerPoint) and CRM systems; experience with commercial contract handling
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages welcomed; knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and willingness to apply them in work

  • Support global program management for selected Global and International Enterprise customers across Europe, North America, Central/Latin America, and Asia; coordinate account activities across internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, sales performance, and product transitions; support development of regional and global customer strategies and account planning; prepare customer presentations
  • Lead projects related to large bids, proposals, and commercial opportunities; perform pricing simulations and prepare pricing requests for senior management; support contract negotiations and ongoing contract management
  • Contribute to optimization of work processes and implementation of best practices within program management disciplines; leverage internal networks and solutions to address customer needs

Global Accounts Program Manager

At Jabra, a part of the GN Group, The Global Accounts function supports and coordinates our Key Global Accounts and International Opportunities for Business Solutions. The function also works with Jabra Sales Regions to develop relationships with Key Global Partners to support the needs of the Accounts.

As the Global Accounts vary in opportunity, presence, and needs, Jabra serves the Global Accounts at a competitive level by leveraging from local presence for more personal sales and support, while still addressing the account’s global needs and interests – Think Global – Act Local.

Our Global Accounts function is very much about coordination and using Jabra’s internal networks and solutions to address different Customers’ needs & Requirements.

As the Global Account Program Manager (GAPM) you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the global program by establishing, growing, leveraging, and coordinating the relationships between the sales lead, the identified Jabra Sales teams in different countries, and the various Global Accounts and their partners. 

Key Areas of Responsibility
Support global program management in partnership with Lead Global Account Manager(s) for selected Global and/or International Enterprise customers across Europe, North America, Central/Latin America, and Asia, including:

  • Coordinate account activities across internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and follow-up on market trends, sales performance, and product transitions
  • Support the development of regional and global customer strategies
  • Coordinate account planning activities and customer presentations
  • Lead projects related to large bids, proposals, and commercial opportunities
  • Perform pricing simulations, evaluate assumptions, and prepare pricing requests for senior management review
  • Support contract negotiations and ongoing contract management activities
  • Contribute to the optimization of work processes and implementation of best practices within program management disciplines

Required skills and abilities

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales project management, or other sales-related activities
  • Experience in the tech enterprise market, paired with a solid understanding of account management, Unified Communications and collaboration tools, and Contact Centre technologies
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Extroverted, direct, engaged, and skilled in relationship management, negotiation, and diplomatic communication and able to work all levels from top management to lowest level in a natural way
  • Capable of understanding and managing global, regional, and cultural differences among key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Advanced Excel user with the ability to handle large datasets, simplify and analyze product and pricing trends, and derive actionable insights and strategies
  • Proficiency with MS365, amongst others Power point as well as have worked with CRM system(s) before
  • Experienced in commercial contract handling and legal matters
  • Solid skills in analysis and problem-solving, planning and organizing, as well as the ability to follow up and facilitate teamwork in a project manager type of role
  • Ability to inspire others and work effectively with all levels of a global organization
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written). Proficiency in other languages is welcomed
  • Documented knowledge and usage of AI tools (Ex: ChatGPT or other)

Additional Information

  • Schedule: As a global position, there is an expectation of flexibility of working hours as you will be covering all time zones incl. Asia and North America
  • Location: This is a hybrid position, and our North American HQ is currently located in Lowell, Massachusetts
  • Travel: Approximately 5-15 days of travel per year

Pay Transparency Notice

  • The target annual compensation for this position can range from $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 with a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal year
  • Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience
  • To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays
