Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop agendas, town hall materials, and leadership communications; synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders and maintain cross-channel communication
  • Support SOW lifecycle from initiation through execution, including drafting, tracking deliverables, coordinating with department leaders on inputs, and flagging risks or delays

About the Role

Avahi is hiring a Leadership Operations Partner on behalf of one of our enterprise SaaS clients. This role provides shared operational support to a small set of senior technology and go-to-market leaders, functioning similarly to a chief of staff in terms of scope and impact.

The role exists to improve execution discipline, reduce administrative overhead, and help senior leadership teams operate with greater consistency and rhythm. This is a high-impact coordination and operational execution role—not a strategy or portfolio ownership position—and is best suited for someone who thrives on connecting dots, driving follow-through, and keeping complex organizations moving.


What You’ll Do

Operational Rhythm & Execution

• Track action items and interlock commitments across senior leadership; proactively follow up on open items and escalate blockers

• Maintain and manage operating cadences, including staff meetings, leadership syncs, and milestone check-ins

• Coordinate organizational transitions, pulse checks, and key initiative tracking across supported leaders

Communications & Content

• Develop agendas, town hall materials, and leadership communications—both independently from a brief and by synthesizing inputs from multiple stakeholders

• Maintain active communication across collaboration channels to support organizational culture and engagement

• Connect the dots between go-to-market and business operations domains to ensure coherent messaging and aligned narratives

SOW & Vendor Coordination

• Support SOW lifecycle from initiation through execution—including drafting, tracking deliverable performance, and coordinating with department leaders on SOW inputs

• Maintain visibility into contract milestones and flag risks or delays proactively

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Track open roles, onboarding milestones, and other routine organizational needs

• Serve as a connective layer between leaders and their teams to reduce friction and improve accountability without replacing it

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in operations, program management, or a Chief of Staff-adjacent role

• Background in SaaS software companies with exposure to large-scale initiatives and cross-functional programs

• Strong business process acumen — you can quickly understand a new domain, grasp current-state complexity, and identify what matters

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft crisp, polished content for senior audiences

• Comfortable working across go-to-market and technical/operational business functions

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration/project tools including Slack, Jira, Confluence, and ADO

• Assertive, organized, and follow-through oriented—you close loops without being asked twice

• Operates effectively in a US time zone with distributed teams
