Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. If you are passionate about technology and are excited about working on cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions, we want you on our team.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other engineering team members to manage code releases. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be working to cross and merge the barriers that exist between software development, testing, and operations teams, and keep existing networks in mind as they design, plan, and test.


Help us shape the future of communication by:

  • Setting up and enhancing CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Deployment).

  • Configuring the company's products to meet the functional requirements including the configuration of functional areas and technical areas (e.g. integration interfaces, integration maps, web services, transport protocols, etc).

  • Troubleshooting and remediating issues impacting the integration, and operations of the infrastructure and systems.

  • Ensuring high availability of the company’s products, and platforms [24x7x365] including but not limited to messaging, voice, and e-mail gateways, in addition to assessing emergencies, providing analysis, and recommending solutions.

  • Writing and deploying scripts in different environments to automate day-to-day operations.

  • Participating in on-call rotation with the rest of the teams.

  • Maintaining servers’ configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across the cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc).

  • Working extensively with the offshore teams and network of partners on a daily basis.
