5+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies, including 3+ years' experience in ServiceMax
Hands-on experience building Salesforce/ServiceMax features: SFMs, custom objects, workflows, triggers, flows, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, custom integrations, SOQL and SOSL queries and web services
Design and development experience on the Salesforce.com/ServiceMax platform using Apex; experience with data feeds to and from SAP, Oracle and other systems and ETL tools
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax administration: security models, sharing rules, standard/custom objects, validation and workflow rules, reports/dashboards, release management and sandbox environments
Requirements:
Design and develop Salesforce/ServiceMax solutions on the platform (Apex programming; SFMs, objects, workflows, triggers, flows, Lightning components, Visualforce, integrations)
Manage data integration to/from SAP, Oracle and other systems and utilize ETL tools and web services
Administer Salesforce/ServiceMax environments including security models, sharing rules, validation/workflow rules, reports/dashboards, release management, and sandbox environments
Configure territory assignments, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and Data Loader processes to control data access and data quality
