8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with NBFC/banking domain exposure
Strong requirement gathering skills and ability to translate requirements into user stories and use cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Proficiency in documenting BRD, BSD, and FSD; experience guiding development teams functionally
Excellent communication skills and domain awareness of NBFC/banking industry

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce in the NBFC domain and translate them into clear user stories/use cases for Sales and Service Cloud
Document BRD, BSD, and FSD and ensure alignment with business objectives; provide functional guidance to the development team
Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate requirement gathering sessions, and validate requirements through reviews and UAT
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stay updated on Salesforce platform and banking domain trends
