Requirements:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; create process flow diagrams (Visio) and business process documentation.
Manage data requirements, ensure data quality and integrity, and support data migration activities.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce (and SAP where applicable); collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams.
Support project testing and validation; perform data-driven analysis and reporting using Excel.

BA- strong in excel, have experience creating process flow diagrams, preferably on visio tool, strong in data management. Salesforce and SAP experience is good to have not mandatory. But chances will grow in that case.
