Qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent) in at least 3 NDT methods: Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Film Radiography, Eddy Current, Digital Detector Array, Computed Radiology
Excellent understanding of NAS410/EN4179 and NDT ASTM standards
Five (5) years of technical experience in NDT and Field Auditing Experience

Requirements:

Conduct NDT audits in accordance with NAS410/EN4179 and applicable NDT ASTM standards across multiple methods
Perform field auditing activities, compile findings, and provide detailed reports with recommendations
Complete audit criteria training and maintain independence and professional ethics
Travel domestically and internationally as needed for audits (remote work arrangement)

Overview:

This Non Destructive Testing Auditor position is an excellent opportunity for recent retirees or consultants that have working knowledge in at least three NDT methods: Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Film Radiography, Eddy Current, Digital Detector Array, Computed Radiology

Qualifications:

The ideal auditor candidate will possess most of the following criteria:

Strong Aerospace Industry experience (including aerospace quality assurance systems)
Qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent) in at least 3 NDT methods: Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Film Radiography, Eddy Current, Digital Detector Array, Computed Radiology
An excellent understanding of NAS410/EN4179 and NDT ASTM's
Five (5) years of technical experience in NDT
Field Auditing Experience
