  • Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to municipal, utility, industrial, and publicsector clients
  • Provide executivelevel oversight of complex water and wastewater facilities, treatment systems, pipelines, and infrastructure programs
  • Navigate advanced engineering challenges while ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality delivery
  • Maintain accountability for project financial performance, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Identify emerging regulatory drivers, funding sources, and industry trends influencing water and wastewater investment
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams while strengthening sellerdoer capability and succession planning
  • Elevate CHA’s market presence through industry leadership, client advocacy, and strategic collaboration across service lines
What You Bring::
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) a plus

  • Proven success driving business development, securing major pursuits, and sustaining longterm client relationships
  • Deep technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment, distribution, collection, and supporting infrastructure systems
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with municipal utilities, public agencies, industrial clients, or regulated environments
Why You'll Love It Here::
  • Partner with talented project teams to deliver transformative water and wastewater solutions
