Roles & Responsibilities

  • 7+ years of QA experience including 2–3 years in a lead role in complex or distributed (MAS) environments
  • Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) and automation framework development
  • Strong background in integration and system testing with experience using Jira, TestRail, ALM (or similar) and programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent)

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting within a MAS environment
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and scalable test suites; oversee integration and system testing across distributed agents
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate requirements and manage defects using standard tracking tools

Description:

We are looking for a hands-on QA Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing efforts within a Multi-Agent System (MAS) environment. This role requires strong leadership in automation, integration testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality releases.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 7 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Design and maintain automation frameworks and scalable test suites.
  • Oversee integration and system testing across distributed agents and components.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage defect lifecycle using standard tracking tools.
  • Mentor QA team members and enforce best practices.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tooling.

Required Skills:

  • Strong QA leadership experience in complex or distributed (MAS) environments.
  • Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
  • Solid background in integration and system testing.
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Experience:

  • 7+ years in QA, including 2–3 years in a lead role.
  • Proven track record in automation framework development and end-to-end testing.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
