  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify drivers of financial performance and recommend actions to improve results, while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the FPA function.

Overview:

Consilio is seeking a highly-motivated team member who has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work cross functionally, as well as independently to provide dedicated support to the eDiscovery business within the organization. This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking experience within a dynamic FP&A organization to play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes to optimize the performance and profitability of eDiscovery.

Responsibilities:

Essential Responsibilities:

 

· Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the business unit's performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.

· Work with key leaders to create annual budget and monthly forecast, forecasting model & reporting tools for the executive team and functional leaders to provide improved visibility and accuracy of business projections.

· Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and decision support to business unit leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational improvements.

· Create value-added commentary and insights for the monthly operations review, helping leadership understand key financial and operational trends.

· Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying drivers behind financial performance and recommending actions to improve results.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the FP&A function.

· Support ad-hoc financial projects, scenario analysis, and other analytical initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Requirements:

· Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

 

Minimum Experience Requirements:

· 4+ years of FP&A experience

· Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics, and performance measurement concepts.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) preferred.
