Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director, Growth & Commercial Excellence to lead high-impact initiatives that drive commercial performance, accelerate growth, and strengthen customer value across global markets.

 

This is a senior, enterprise-facing role at the intersection of strategy, sales, marketing, product, and operations, focused on translating priorities into measurable outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping how we grow, compete, and deliver value to our customers.

 

This is a remote role based in the US (ideally East Coast).

What You Will Do

Drive Growth & Commercial Impact

  • Lead key growth initiatives across regions, segments, and channels
  • Translate market insights into actionable commercial programs
  • Support expansion into new markets, segments, and business models
  • Track outcomes and ensure delivery against defined targets

Strengthen Commercial Performance

  • Improve sales effectiveness, pricing discipline, and margin performance
  • Define and monitor commercial KPIs and operating rhythms
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve forecasting and performance visibility

Enable Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Support global go-to-market execution across direct and indirect channels
  • Drive consistency in pricing, discounting, and deal governance
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure strong portfolio positioning and execution

Lead Digital & Data Transformation

  • Advance adoption of digital, analytics, and AI-driven commercial tools
  • Improve data quality and accessibility to support better decisions
  • Drive change management to ensure adoption and measurable business impact

Collaborate Across the Enterprise

  • Act as a connector across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and IT
  • Align commercial initiatives with operational capabilities and priorities
  • Support governance forums to enable clarity, prioritization, and accountability

Build Capability and Talent

  • Lead and develop high-performing, globally distributed teams
  • Establish scalable ways of working, playbooks, and best practices
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $220,000 - $275,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
