Job description

This is a remote position.

We are not looking for a traditional Project Manager or Scrum Master.

We are looking for a technical-operational leader capable of building scalable delivery systems, translating executive vision into execution, and helping a growing technology company scale beyond founder dependency.

The Lead Architect / Product Owner is a hybrid technical leadership role responsible for translating executive vision into scalable operational systems, technical architecture, delivery workflows, and executable requirements for the engineering team.

This is neither a traditional Project Manager role nor a purely engineering-focused position. The ideal candidate combines:

  • Technical architecture capabilities
  • Strong business acumen
  • Product Owner experience
  • Delivery leadership
  • Agile operational discipline
  • Team accountability management
  • Executive communication skills

This person will act as the operational extension of leadership within the technical organization.

Technical & Operational Experience

  • 5+ years leading technical teams, delivery operations, or product execution
  • Strong experience in technical architecture and systems thinking
  • Experience working in small to mid-sized agile technology environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing Agile methodologies within operational teams
  • Solid understanding of Product Owner responsibilities and delivery frameworks
  • Experience building operational structures where formal systems did not previously exist
  • Experience managing technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with Laserfiche

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of:

  • Cloud environments
  • Workflow automation platforms
  • CRM systems
  • Operational tools
  • Systems integrations

Experience with project management platforms such as:

  • Jira
  • Asana
  • Monday.com
  • ClickUp

Experience with automation platforms such as:

  • Zapier
  • Make
  • Similar integration tools
  • Practical knowledge of SQL Server and database environments (preferred)
  • Experience with AI-enabled operating systems or process automation environments (preferred)
