  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional artifacts
  • Lead grooming, refinement, and planning sessions with development teams, RPA architecture, and AI specialists

Job description

This is a remote position.




Responsabilidades
*Definir y comunicar la visión del producto para soluciones de automatización, asistentes digitales y agentes de IA.
*Gestionar y priorizar el Product Backlog (enfocado en features de IA, RPA, integraciones, modelos y pipelines).
*Traducir necesidades del negocio en US, criterios de aceptación y artefactos funcionales.
*Liderar sesiones de grooming, refinamiento y planificación con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura RPA y especialistas en IA.
*Asegurar trazabilidad entre requerimientos, entregables y KPIs de impacto del negocio.
*Tomar decisiones basadas en datos, utilizando métricas del producto, analítica y comportamiento de usuarios.
*Coordinar con áreas como Seguridad, Datos y Legal para asegurar cumplimiento normativo y ética en el uso de IA.
*Gestionar dependencias, riesgos y roadmap del producto.
*Presentar demos funcionales a stakeholders, validando incrementos y priorizaciones.
*Facilitar alineación entre equipos multidisciplinarios: desarrolladores, científicos de datos, ingenieros de ML, QA, negocio.


Requirements

Experiencia 2–4 años como Product Owner o roles equivalentes (BA, PM, Delivery).
Participación en proyectos de IA, automatización o productos digitales complejos."

Requisitos técnicos
*Conocimiento sólido de SDLC, metodologías ágiles y frameworks Scrum/Kanban.
*Experiencia gestionando productos que involucren:
*Automatización (RPA, BPA, integraciones).
*Agentes de IA / IA generativa / NLP / model serving.
*Comprensión funcional de APIs, microservicios y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.
*Conocimiento general de MLOps, data pipelines y evaluación de modelos (deseable).
*Capacidad para análisis funcional y modelado de procesos (BPMN es un plus)."
