Our Client is a Brisbane-based construction and property development company specialising in residential design, construction, project management, and turnkey housing solutions. The company delivers a range of housing projects including new home builds, residential developments, granny flats, and investment properties across Queensland.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Website & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support website updates, digital marketing activity, content creation, and practical AI-driven business improvements.

This role will work closely with the founder to help manage and improve the company’s digital presence, including WordPress website updates, project profiles, brochures, marketing collateral and general digital content. The successful candidate will also support marketing projects by helping organise content, coordinate with suppliers where needed, and turn ideas into clear, actionable digital tasks.

A key part of the role will involve using and researching AI tools to improve business workflows across areas such as estimating, drafting administration, customer communication, marketing content, project coordination, and internal processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable experimenting with AI tools, creating useful prompts and templates, and documenting repeatable workflows that can help the team work more efficiently.

This role would suit someone with WordPress experience, strong digital marketing and administrative skills, excellent written communication, and a genuine interest in using AI to improve business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting website updates, edits, landing pages, and content improvements

  • Managing basic WordPress updates and page changes

  • Assisting with marketing projects, brochures, flyers, capability statements, and digital content

  • Helping prepare project profiles, case studies, and website content for completed builds

  • Coordinating with designers, developers, printers, or marketing suppliers where needed

  • Supporting social media, email marketing, and general marketing administration

  • Researching ways AI tools could improve the business

  • Testing AI tools that may assist with estimating, drafting administration, customer communication, marketing, and workflows

  • Creating simple AI prompts, templates, checklists, and process documents for internal use

  • Helping turn ideas from the founder into clear marketing, website, or digital project tasks

  • Documenting repeatable processes so the team can use new tools consistently

This role would suit someone with WordPress experience, strong digital marketing/admin skills, good written communication, and a strong interest in using AI to improve business processes.

    • Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms for research, content drafting, productivity, and workflow improvement

    • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail

    • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

    • Comfortable turning broad ideas into clear tasks, content drafts, project notes, or simple process documents

    • A genuine interest in AI, automation, digital tools, and improving business processes is highly desirable
