Roles & Responsibilities

Master’s degree in behavioral science; Ph.D. preferred.
3+ years of experience as a health care researcher.
Prior experience in direct care mental health positions preferred.
License or Certification: RN, MFT, LCSW, or Ph.D. preferred.

Requirements:

Oversee the lifecycle of research, reporting, and program performance, including managing annual reports and executive summaries.
Develop outcomes models and analyze clinical data to drive program effectiveness; define KPIs with the Director of Business Analytics and automate data reporting.
Lead the development of RFP responses for new services and ensure accurate capture and documentation of program metrics.
Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on cultural competency and evidence-based practices; supervise clinical protocols, publish programs and training guides, and provide onsite coaching at various sites.

140,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD Per Year

Remote (Virtual California)

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Exempt)

What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral science, Ph.D. preferred.

Experience

3 years plus experience as a health care researcher.
