The Inside Sales Advisor is responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue by engaging prospective clients, closing inbound opportunities, and delivering a high-quality advisory sales experience. This role plays a key part in converting interest into business through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Engage and qualify both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales process to close
- Proactively identify and vet prospective clients and decision-makers using creative outreach and lead generation strategies
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions
- Maintain consistent sales activity through organized planning, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive conversion and long-term engagement
- Clearly communicate value, provide consultative guidance, and confidently move opportunities to close
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and market trends
- Partner closely with Account Management to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Comfortable working both inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting efforts
- High energy, resilience, and a desire to win
- Commercial insurance experience and active P&C license are required
OTHER:
- Fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Lifting up to 10 pounds, with some walking, standing, reaching, and the use of hands for the computer.
