The goal of this position is to raise awareness of the Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator (LifeVest) as a bridging tool for patients suffering from a high risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Furthermore, you will support and grow the customer base to increase the number of prescriptions and revenue, and ensure that patients are fit with the device as soon as possible. The primary discipline of your work and customer base is in the Cardiology sector, including emergency, resuscitative and intensive care.

Your Main responsibilities include:

  • Increase awareness in your territory by visiting hospitals and speaking to physicians about the risk of SCA to promote prescriptions (new and existing customer base)
  • Develop and provide upon request an action plan for targeting new customers where awareness is low
  • Planning and execution of product trainings and introductions for physicians and hospital staff
  • Reporting of activities and progress in regular intervalsPatient support services including technical support hotline (24/7)
  • Monitoring of patients in online network for discussion with physicians
  • Participate, network and advertise on relevant international Cardiology conferences as necessary
  • Participation in product and sales training in preparation for your sales and marketing activities
  • Close collaboration with Administration, Sales and Marketing Dept.
