Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least four years of real-world project management experience
  • Experience leading complex, corporate-wide technology projects with mentoring/leadership experience
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Familiarity with web applications and internet technology, and strong communication and writing skills

Requirements:

  • Supervising and managing multiple development projects concurrently
  • Set clear expectations, manage team performance and build high morale among team members; interact effectively with executive-level clients
  • Assist sales team during the sales process as needed and respond to client requests; act as customer advocate to ensure customer success and happiness
  • Work with new customers to assist in deploying Omnigo Software and evaluate and make recommendations regarding software usage

Position Summary

 

The Project Manager maintains and enhances relationships with existing clients, as well as developing relationships with prospective clients that are aligned with the Business Plan and Strategic Plan. S/he will have a demonstrable passion for exceeding client expectations by presenting and implementing the best solutions to meet their needs. The Project Manager will be called upon to help grow and provide mentorship to team members through on-the-job training, teaching, and developing during project work.


The best qualified candidates will have at least four years of real-world project management experience. Familiarity with web applications and internet technology, and strong communication and writing skills are a must. A strong work ethic, a great attitude, and dedication to success are expected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
  • Supervising and managing multiple development projects concurrently
  • Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance and build high morale among team members
  • Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
  • Work with new customers to assist in deploying the Omnigo Software
  • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding use of software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Assist sales team during the sales process as needed
  • Respond to client requests. Customer advocate.
  • Customer Success/Happiness! Whatever it takes


Requirements: 
 

  • At least four (4) years of project management experience
  • Experience leading complex, corporate-wide projects, with experience managing diverse and complex technology projects
  • Mentoring or leadership experience
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Experience in Public Safety or Security strongly preferred
  • Travel as needed
