About the Role:
We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to help rapidly scale our gym footprint. The PSM will join as a key member of the Supply Team, responsible for working with fitness providers from start to finish, including researching new opportunities, initial outreach, contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition for onboarding.
Your Daily Workout:
You will proactively research and connect with fitness providers via phone, email, social media, and industry events to build meaningful partnerships.
You will stay ahead of the competitive landscape, understanding pricing and product differentiators so you can clearly communicate Wellpass’ unique value.
You will own the full sales cycle—from generating leads and prospecting, to pitching, negotiating pricing, and executing contracts.
You will collaborate closely with operations and marketing to keep communications consistent and ensure every partner’s onboarding is a success.
You will keep Salesforce up to date with accurate and timely information to support growth and strategic decision-making.
