Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience working in sponsorship or exhibition execution within events, conferences or trade shows.
  • Proven experience managing sponsorship or exhibitor programmes across multiple projects.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, deliverables and multiple workstreams, plus proficiency with tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills with strong customer service and relationship management abilities.

  • Deliver a first-class sponsor and exhibitor experience across multiple events and programmes, managing sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities and driving continuous improvement in engagement and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain sponsor readiness materials, timelines, technical specifications and guidance documents; ensure sponsors are aligned to project milestones and deliverables; identify opportunities for account growth and retention in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Act as the voice of the sponsor internally, collaborating with client workstreams and supporting onsite event troubleshooting; coordinate timelines and execution across sponsorship elements including booths, content, digital assets and activations.
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting and risk mitigation related to sponsorship programmes; maintain clear communication across clients, sponsors, vendors and internal teams; contribute to agency and client account calls and stewardship of sponsorship systems and tools.

As we continue to expand our sponsorship and exhibition capabilities, we’re looking for an experienced Sponsorship Experiences Manager to join our US team supporting global technology conferences and exhibitions.


About the Role

The Sponsorship Experiences Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across a portfolio of global events and programmes.

You’ll directly manage sponsors and exhibitors while collaborating closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and ongoing sponsor engagement.

This role plays a key part in helping sponsors maximize the value of their investment through flawless execution, strong relationship management and world-class customer service.

Working as part of the end-to-end sponsorship team, you’ll guide sponsors through every stage of participation including booth experiences, content and sessions, digital elements, graphics, registration and onsite execution.


What you'll be doing

Sponsor Management

  • Deliver a first-class sponsor and exhibitor experience across multiple events and programmes
  • Manage sponsors through the execution of sponsorship packages and additional marketing opportunities
  • Develop and maintain sponsor readiness materials, policies, timelines, technical specifications and guidance documents
  • Ensure sponsors are aligned to project milestones, timelines and deliverables
  • Support the development of strategic sponsor relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention in collaboration with sales teams
  • Drive continuous improvement across sponsor engagement and delivery processes

Client Interaction & Alignment

  • Act as the voice of the sponsor internally, ensuring sponsor priorities and requirements are understood and delivered
  • Collaborate directly with client workstreams and support onsite event troubleshooting
  • Coordinate timelines and execution across sponsorship elements including booths, content, digital assets and activations
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting and risk mitigation related to sponsorship programmes where appropriate
  • Maintain clear communication across clients, sponsors, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

Team Collaboration

  • Be an active contributor within the sponsorship account team, sharing knowledge and supporting best practice
  • Support across a wider portfolio of client events and sponsorship programmes as needed
  • Contribute actively to agency and client account calls
  • Maintain strong knowledge of sponsorship systems, tools, resources and operational p

What you will bring

  • Experience working in sponsorship or exhibition execution within events, conferences or trade shows
  • Proven experience managing sponsorship or exhibitor programmes across multiple projects
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with sponsorship exhibitor resource platforms such as RainFocus (desirable)
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, deliverables and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel
  • Strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable

Based on the West Coast, USA
Ability to undertake domestic and international travel throughout the year
Ability to work across time zones as required
Quiet home working environment

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000

Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
