At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. Whether it’s global events, internal communications, or transformative campaigns, we help some of the world’s biggest technology and lifestyle brands connect with their people in extraordinary ways.

We are a global events and communications agency delivering unforgettable experiences — from product launches and conferences to VIP programmes, exhibitions, digital campaigns, and internal communications.

Our work sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and human connection — and none of it happens without the right people and strong operational foundations behind the scenes.

As we continue to grow our sponsorship and exhibition capabilities, we’re looking for an experienced Manager, Sponsorship Experiences to help deliver exceptional sponsor journeys across a portfolio of global technology events.

The Manager, Sponsorship Experiences is responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across a series of client events, including technology conferences and exhibitions.

You’ll play a key role in building strong sponsor relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting revenue growth through the successful execution of sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities.

  • Support the development of long-term sponsor relationships and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell in partnership with sales teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in sponsor engagement and delivery experiences

Client Interaction & Alignment

  • Act as the voice of the sponsor internally and externally, advocating for sponsor needs and priorities
  • Work directly with clients and partner teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship deliverables
  • Collaborate across multiple client workstreams to execute sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting and reporting related to sponsorship delivery where required
  • Provide onsite event support, including live troubleshooting and stakeholder management

Team Collaboration

  • Contribute to the wider sponsorship and account teams by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Support across a portfolio of events, flexing across projects and priorities where needed
  • Participate in agency and client account calls, helping strengthen client relationships and future sponsorship opportunities
  • Maintain strong knowledge of team systems, tools, processes and resources

What you will bring

  • Experience working in sponsorship execution, ideally within conferences, exhibitions or large-scale live events
  • Proven experience delivering sponsorship packages and exhibitor programmes
  • Experience using sponsor/exhibitor management platforms (RainFocus experience desirable)

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across multiple event timelines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a distributed/global team
