Job Description:


This role centralizes Epiq’s Agile operating model and creates consistent delivery across pods. It ensures alignment between Engineering Business Partners and Application Teams, driving predictable execution, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and standardize Agile ceremonies, cadences, and delivery frameworks across all pods.

  • Partner with pod leaders to improve planning, prioritization, and execution.

  • Implement unified reporting for sprint health, delivery predictability, risks, and impediments.

  • Strengthen collaboration between pods to reduce silos and improve outcomes.

  • Drive operational discipline around intake, backlog refinement, road mapping, and release planning.
  • Mature the operating model and support cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.

  • Willingness to complete targeted Agile training to support the role.

The Compensation range for this role is 185,000 to 200,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
