We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of digital marketing including content, SEO, email marketing, analytics, website management, social media, and AI-powered workflows.

About the Role


As a Marketing Specialist at DrHouse, you will support and execute a variety of marketing initiatives across digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team on content creation, website updates, email campaigns, analytics, SEO optimization, reporting, and creative projects.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Create, edit, and optimize marketing, website, email, and promotional content
  • Manage and update website content using WordPress
  • Create and manage email campaigns, automations, and flows using Klaviyo or similar platforms
  • Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, AEO/AIO strategies, and search-focused content improvements
  • Analyze marketing, website, SEO, email, and social media performance metrics
  • Build reports, dashboards, and performance summaries using marketing analytics tools
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and content initiatives
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows, content ideation, research, productivity, and campaign execution
  • Assist with visual content creation including graphics, presentations, and short-form creative assets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, email marketing, or related fields
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Experience working with WordPress websites
  • Experience creating and managing email campaigns using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance analytics
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Working Hours

Candidates should be available to work during Estonian/Tallinn working hours or have overlapping availability.
