Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience with genealogical research, civil certificates, and comune records for citizenship processes.
  • Familiarity with Italian genealogical sources and procedures for obtaining citizenship.
  • Self-employed/PJ status with an active MEI for issuing invoices; non-exclusive contract; able to balance with other activities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to deliver clear, well-documented results.

Requirements:

  • Conduct Italian genealogical research only (no document issuance).
  • Perform research plus issuance, apostille, and shipment to Brazil as required.
  • Conduct mapping and structuring of findings and sources.

Job description

Processos:

  • Pesquisa Italiana (apenas pesquisa, sem emissão);
  • Pesquisa + Emissão + Apostilamento + Envio para Brasil;
  • Mapeamento.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com pesquisas genealógicas, certidões, comunes para processos de cidadania.

 

Modalidade de Contrato:

  • Autonômo/ PJ, com MEI ativo para emissão de NF, contrato de não exclusividade, podendo conciliar com outra atividade.

 

Pagamento:

  • Pagamento unitário por demanda entregue ou iniciada.
