Roles & Responsibilities

Senior-level expertise in MLOps, Generative AI, and AI/ML solution design on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong experience building and optimizing ML pipelines, deploying models, and working with vector memory systems and LLM-based workflows
Ability to collaborate with Data Science, Software Engineering, and DevOps teams; translate client requirements into technical opportunities
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey status, drive automation, and sustain production AI/MLOps environments

Lead the design and development of AI/ML, MLOps, and Agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines, including LLM-based workflows and deployment of models and vector memory systems

Estamos em busca de um Engenheiro de MLOps para atuar como referência técnica em MLOps e IA Generativa, liderando o desenho, desenvolvimento, implantação e sustentação de soluções de AI/ML e Agentic AI em ambiente Google Cloud Platform (GCP). O profissional será responsável por construir e otimizar pipelines de machine learning, orquestração de agentes inteligentes e deploy de modelos em produção, garantindo escalabilidade, performance e integração entre times de Dados, DevOps e Engenharia de Software.

Qual será a sua missão?

Liderar o desenho e desenvolvimento de soluções AI/ML, MLOps e Agentic AI;
Desenvolver e otimizar modelos de machine learning e pipelines;
Implementar pipelines baseados em LLMs;
Realizar deploy de modelos e sistemas de memória vetorial;
Trabalhar em conjunto com times de Data Science, Engenharia de Software e DevOps;
Entender requisitos junto ao cliente e identificar oportunidades técnicas;
Garantir comunicação clara sobre status e entregas;
Identificar melhorias de processo e automação;
Sustentar ambientes produtivos de IA e MLOps;
Demais rotinas da área.
