You’ll work on the systems that keep operations running at scale: back-office platforms, review workflows, case management, compliance operations, internal tooling, and process automation.
We’re looking for someone who loves fixing operational chaos, simplifying complex workflows, and using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive manual work.
You should be excited by questions like:
- What parts of this process should not exist manually?
- Where can AI reduce operational load?
- How do we help teams move faster with fewer errors?
- What should be automated, and where should humans stay in the loop?
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, Engineering, Data and AI enablement.
