Job Summary

Epiq is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale technical and professional hiring across the United States. This role is responsible for driving recruiting strategy, delivering fullcycle hiring, and leading a highperforming recruiting team in a fastpaced, matrixed environment. 

The ideal candidate is a handson recruiting leader who combines strong business partnership, datadriven decisionmaking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while consistently delivering results and managing a portfolio of requisitions. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Vice President of Talent Acquisition  

  • Lead, coach, and develop the US team of recruiters. 

  • As a player-coach, oversee the full lifecycle of talent acquisition and requisition management across multiple business units within the United States. 

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business growth and workforce needs. 

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders. 

  • Design scalable sourcing strategies for hardtofill and specialized roles. 

  • Own recruiting metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement efforts. 

  • Monitor effective use of ATS and recruiting technologies. 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.  

  • People leadership experience is preferred. 

  • Proven success recruiting technical, and professional roles in complex organizations, legal technology experience is preferred. 

  • Strong communication skills both written and oral. 

  • Datadriven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, evolving environment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or HR certification (SHRMCP, PHR) preferred. 

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
