Job description

Job Title: Pipeline Manager

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

A proactive and organized Pipeline Manager is sought to support recruitment and candidate management operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, maintaining communication with facilities, conducting reference checks, and supporting recruitment coordination activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within Salesforce
  • Follow up with facilities and stakeholders via WhatsApp (and other communication platforms)
  • Conduct and complete candidate reference checks
  • Attend and participate in weekly recruitment calls with facilities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
  • Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and facilities
  • Track candidate progress and ensure timely follow-up actions
  • Support recruitment operations and administrative processes
  • Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and documentation
  • Assist with reporting and pipeline tracking as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, candidate management, healthcare staffing, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to communicate effectively required
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through abilities required
  • Experience using Salesforce required
  • Experience using Outlook required
  • Experience using WhatsApp required
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
