Description

Job Title: ABA Administrator

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for ABA operations and clinical teams
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and staff coordination
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Assist with onboarding, credentialing, and employee documentation
  • Coordinate communication between therapists, families, and internal departments
  • Support billing, authorizations, and insurance-related administrative tasks
  • Monitor and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting systems
  • Handle incoming emails, calls, and administrative inquiries professionally
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
  • Assist management with operational and administrative projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA services
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ABA terminology and healthcare administration preferred
  • Experience working with US-based clients or healthcare systems is an advantage
