Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in AI SaaS or B2B SaaS sales. In this remote sales role, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria and buying intent.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and sales leadership.
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Stay updated on AI SaaS trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to meetings booked, opportunities created, and outbound activity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Previous experience selling AI SaaS, automation tools, or technology solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
