Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in B2B software sales or inside sales with a consultative selling approach
  • Strong relationship-building, curiosity, dynamic personality, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, qualification, needs discovery, demos, proposals, and closing, using a CRM
  • Familiarity with technology, AI, and marketing software; ability to translate client needs into technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Prospect and qualify leads (inbound and outbound), conduct sales meetings, and present/demonstrate software solutions
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to close software deals
  • Manage the sales funnel end-to-end, update CRM, and monitor key metrics (pipeline, conversion rate, average deal size)
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Post-Sales to optimize the customer journey and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Buscamos um(a) Sales com perfil dinâmico, curioso(a) e com forte habilidade de relacionamento para atuar na prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios no mercado de tecnologia e inteligência artificial e marketing. Será responsável pela prospecção, qualificação, negociação e fechamento de vendas de soluções de software, atuando de forma consultiva para entender as necessidades dos clientes e apresentar a melhor solução tecnológica para seus desafios de negócio.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar novos clientes (inbound e outbound);
  • Qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades de negócio;
  • Conduzir reuniões comerciais (online e/ou presenciais);
  • Apresentar e demonstrar o software (demos);
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e negociar condições;
  • Acompanhar o funil de vendas e atualizar CRM;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing, pré-vendas e pós-vendas;
  • Acompanhar métricas de desempenho (pipeline, taxa de conversão, ticket médio);
  • Manter relacionamento com clientes e apoiar estratégias de upsell e cross-sell;
