Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in human services, including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience and in managing complex initiatives.
Master's degree with at least three (3) years of professional experience in human services, including at least two (2) years of supervising complex initiatives and supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.
Must reside in North Carolina and be able to travel within the catchment as required.

Develop and lead Community Oversight/Regional Advisory Boards and support the Consumer and Family Advisory Committee in understanding the performance of the LME/MCO, ensuring that community needs and concerns are represented and addressed appropriately.

Oversee Community Liaison budgets; ensuring reports regarding budgets are prepared for review.
Establish and maintain community relationships through Community Advisory Councils and participation on external councils, boards and committees.

What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Regional Vice President to join our team! The Regional Vice President is responsible for the leadership and operational support of various community activities. Regional Vice Presidents are the face of the organization in each region. This position assists each Regional Advisory Board and Consumer and Family Advisory Committee in understanding the performance of the LME/MCO and ensures that community needs/concerns are addressed appropriately. Additionally, one of the highest priorities is to engage stakeholders from each county and will represent the LME/MCO in their communities.

On a typical day, you might:

Qualifications

Required:
