Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field

Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and/or Adobe Analytics with hands-on implementation experience

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a mid-level Digital Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in how we measure and improve digital performance. This role is responsible for owning day-to-day analytics implementation and reporting across platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and GTM, while ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and aligned to business goals.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is technically strong, commercially minded, and confident working independently with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the implementation and ongoing management of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Microsoft Clarity.
Design, develop, and maintain robust dataLayers to support accurate tracking and scalable analytics
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Contribute to Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) analysis, including evaluating test performance and delivering clear recommendations for improvement
Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define tracking requirements and ensure high- quality data collection
Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decision-making, with a keen focus on the user experience on digital platforms
Contribute to improving analytics processes, documentation, and tracking standards
Support the Data & Insights manager with developing client’s data strategies and planning
Own ongoing and regular website reporting activities
Recommend optimisations to a digital experience based on research and data driven insights
Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and/or Adobe Analytics, including hands-on implementation experience.
Strong experience developing systems that focus on understanding the user experience on a digital platform, deriving insights and making actionable recommendations.
Knowledge of digital advertising tools and systems (CDPs, digital ads platforms) and integrations with wider analytics systems.
Experience designing and managing dataLayers and tracking frameworks
Proficiency in building dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, or PowerBI. Knowledge of other visualization tools is welcome.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying datasets (e.g., BigQuery or similar platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to clients
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
