Job Overview: The AI & Transformation Intern will support our fast-paced IT and Clinical Platforms teams in delivering technology-driven solutions, with a specialized focus on artificial intelligence. Sitting at the intersection of AI, education, communication, and product enablement, this role is designed to help drive the awareness, adoption, and effective use of our AI tools across the organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to modern workplace technologies, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and agile software development. It is an ideal opportunity for a creative, technically fluent student who is passionate about AI/ML and excited about translating complex technology into compelling, user-friendly experiences.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Help drive the awareness, adoption, and effective use of internal AI tools through targeted marketing initiatives and user engagement strategies.

• Develop engaging educational content that accelerates product deployment and translates complex technical concepts into user-friendly materials.

• Utilize prompt engineering and AI capabilities to participate in the transformation of user experience technologies within the modern workplace.

• Support technical debt remediation, application modernization, and front-end development tasks in collaboration with the Clinical Platforms team.

• Contribute to the formation and sustainability of Cloud and IT Service Operation Centers of Excellence.

• Engage in technical project management and agile delivery practices, learning and applying industry-standard tools in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

• Currently enrolled in Universidad Panamericana Mexico, in a degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Security and Risk Analysis, or a related field.

• Advance English

• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), with demonstrated skills or a strong developmental interest in prompt engineering.

• Highly motivated and creative, possessing the technical fluency to bridge the gap between complex IT infrastructure and end-user communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with up-to-date knowledge of current industry standards and trending technologies.

• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
