Requirements:

  • Deliver excellent customer support across phone, email, and written communication; manage client interactions professionally and efficiently; handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and inquiries
  • Perform essential administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, compliance, notices, lease renewals, and document preparation; manage inboxes, calendars, files, and other organizational tasks; ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with basic marketing initiatives and social media management, such as scheduling posts, sourcing content, and monitoring engagement
  • Follow client-specific SOPs consistently; stay updated on changes to procedures and company guidelines; provide accurate data, updates, and regular reports to the leadership team; collaborate with teammates and departments; perform additional tasks as assigned

Job description

This is a remote position.

As a General Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients, maintaining smooth operations, and helping drive business success. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on meaningful work.
Your responsibilities include:
Client Support & Communication
  • Deliver excellent customer support across phone, email, and written communication
  • Manage client interactions professionally and efficiently
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and inquiries
Administrative Operations
  • Perform essential administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, compliance, notices, lease renewals, and document preparation
  • Manage inboxes, calendars, files, and other organizational tasks
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Marketing & Social Media
  • Assist with basic marketing initiatives
  • Support social media management activities, such as scheduling posts, sourcing content, and monitoring engagement
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently
  • Stay updated on changes to procedures and company guidelines
  • Ensure all work aligns with VirtuallyinCredible’s quality standards and core values
Reporting & Coordination
  • Provide accurate data, updates, and regular reports to the leadership team
  • Collaborate with teammates and departments as needed
  • Perform additional tasks assigned from time to time, demonstrating adaptability and initiative


Requirements

We’re seeking someone who not only has strong skills but also embodies professionalism, reliability, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Clear and neutral/ American accent
  • Willing to undergo background checking
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated home office environment
  • Willing to work the graveyard shift to serve US-based clients
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with a backup
  • Stable electricity with appropriate power backup
Technical Requirements
  • RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher 
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher , or an equivalent processor
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe)



Salary: Php 35,000 to Php 44,000
