This role is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

  

Job Summary

In this role the Warranty Specialists will call existing, previous and customer shopping for a home warranty that will cover the repair or replacement of homeowners' most vital home systems and appliances. As well as customers who have received a flyer, email, or postcard with a micro-warranty promotion. 

   

What You Will Do As A Sales Representative

  • Upsell additional services to existing customers. 

  • Re-activate previously canceled warranty accounts by addressing cancellation reasons and offering a more affordable warranty option. 

  • Re-engage previously interested customers or customers actively shopping for a warranty by presenting a more affordable warranty solution. 

  • Receive inbound calls, request the customer’s reference number, and upsell micro-warranty products. 

  • Manage and document the sales process in our CRM tool. 

  • Make outbound calls from our calling queue  

  • Manage and document the sales process in our CRM tool  

  • Evaluate consumer’s financial needs and identify where our services can help  

  • Use a script to help guide each call and sell our service 

    

What You Will Bring As A Sales Representative

  • 1-2 years of sales experience selling products/services over the phone or face-to-face. 

  • Previous experience selling home warranties or auto warranties is a plus. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English language proficiency). 

  • Ability to work independently in a multi-step sales process and follow up with warm leads via phone or email. 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. 

  • Proficiency in Microfost Office Suite

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
