Job description

Position: Outbound Growth VA / Sales Development Representative

Salary: PHP 65,000 - 85,000 per month

Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with Australian hours; full-time - remote

OVERVIEW:

  • The client is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Outbound Growth VA / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the primary engine behind their B2B pipeline growth. In this role, you will connect with gyms, wellness clinics, health coaches, and corporate partners who share our passion for holistic health. If you are a proactive communicator who thrives on building connections and genuinely believes in the power of wellness, this remote opportunity offers the platform to make a significant impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists (gyms, wellness clinics, health coaches, corporates)
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, DM, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and follow up leads through a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Book discovery calls and manage the founder's calendar
  • Track outreach metrics and report weekly on pipeline activity
  • Support basic content scheduling and social media engagement where required

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in a sales, lead gen, or VA role (B2C or B2B wellness/health a bonus)
  • Strong written English — outreach copy needs to be clean and compelling
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach platforms (Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Self-managed, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Experience with AU or US market outreach preferred
  • A genuine interest in food, health, and wellness — you don't just sell the product, you believe in it
